The Induction experience is organized into four inquiries (semesters) that focus on inquiry-based action research, are supported by personalized, professional learning, and reflect the philosophy, purpose and goals of the California Standards for the Teaching Profession (CSTP), California Teacher Induction Standards, and NCTIP.

Upon successful completion of Induction and credential requirements, Candidates are eligible for their California Clear Credential, which the program recommends to the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CCTC) on their behalf.
